It is not by chance that we are positioned in the audit, control and compliance fields!
We share the same values as our clients, namely rigor, excellence and authenticity.

Digitalization is our DNA

Values associates was founded in 2007 with a focus on implementing the major BI tools in the market. In late 2014, we embarked on a total repositioning of our business moving forward becoming a software publisher. We observed that as much as digital technology impacts our dailly lives, the simplicity of intuitive, easy-to-use applications is missing in professional environments. Professional tools are dry, often difficult to use and anything but intuitive. This observation led us to imagine building a no code solution.

2 mantras: performance and simplicity

Our goal is to help employees save time, improve performance, and generally have more serene work life. Our approach was particularly well received in the areas ofaudit, control and compliance, in which digitalization is becoming key: digitalizing to automate processes, digitalizing to work with personalized tools that take into account the contexts and specificities of each organization, digitalizing to facilitate the commitment and the visibility of various activities. Our customers’ challenges regarding digitalization concern two key areas: performance and simplicity.

Innovate for risk professionals

We are passionate about what we do and that makes us very energetic. What really motivates us: going the extra mile to exceed our customers’ expectations. To shake things up, we like inventing solutions, exploring new ideas, taking nothing for granted. This means being proactive and seizing every opportunity to challenge the statu quo. It also means being a reference in our fields of expertise to improve our collective performance. We regularly challenge our approach and are particularly innovative when it comes to our no code solution.

United we stand

Our #1 conviction: There’s strength in numbers. And it’s together that we will succeed. That means working hand in hand, both internally and with our customers, in order to earn the trust and respect of all. To be inherently curious, to seek and share in order to spark new wishes in our customers and new ideas in our team. Individual intelligence is only as strong as the collective intelligence it serves.

Personal or shared values within our team and those of our customers. Values of the data! And there’s lots of data in the world of audit, control and compliance. For us, being attentive and respectful is key to building a trusting and lasting relationship; to be humble, kind, transparent and supportive in order to develop team spirit. At the beginning, Paris and Nevers

Between the team in Paris and the team in Nevers, it’s a wonderful story of complicity and complementarity.

Politicians in Nevers have placed digital technology at the center of their plans. It has become a strong driver for local development.

The city’s very active policy has many forms. One of which is the Inkub, a center dedicated to digital companies, located in the beautifully renovated buildings of the former Pittié military barracks in Nevers. In fact, the Values Associates dream team is located at the Inkub.

Distance has never been a barrier

Even before the pandemic, organizing Values Associates in two different locations prompted us to be more agile. Distance has never been a hindrance, on the contrary! It has forced us, from the beginning, to ask the right questions regarding tools, operating methods and organization. In the Must Haves: project committees on Mondays, tech & R&D reviews on Fridays, daily video coffee breaks.

Since then, some of us have moved to other cities… and it works very well.

Sapin 2 law: Values Associates partners with Mazars to promote a shared solution

While determining how to digitalize the obligations of the Sapin 2 law, we initiated with François Nogaret, Mazars Partner in charge of Compliance and Anti-Corruption activities. This work became the foundation of the ConformEthics solution, a secret mixture and blending of technical expertise.

Loi Sapin 2 : date d’application et entrée en vigueur

La loi Sapin 2 relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie publique a été promulguée le 9 décembre 2016. Ses dispositions sont entrées en vigueur le 1er juin 2017. La France fait alors l’objet de nombreuses critiques, aussi bien au niveau national qu’à l’international. La politique anticorruption de l’Hexagone est jugée insuffisante.
