The city’s very active policy takes various forms. One of them is the Inkub, a hub dedicated to digital companies, located in the beautifully rehabilitated buildings of the former Pittié military barracks in Nevers. It is at the Inkub that the Values Associates development dream team is based.
Even before the pandemic, organizing Values Associates around 2 geographic hubs had enabled us to gain agility.
Distance has never been a barrier, quite the opposite! It allowed us to ask ourselves the right questions from the start regarding tools, working methods, and organization. Among the essentials: project committees on Mondays, tech & R&D meetings on Fridays, daily coffee breaks via video.
Since then, some of us have moved to other cities… and it works very well.
